Our standard delivery which takes 2-5 working days is delivered via Royal Mail Second Class post. Any orders which are above the value of £50 will automatically be recorded and will need to be signed for on the day of delivery,
For any customers who wish for their order to arrive on the next working day, the order must be received by us by 12noon. Our carrier is UPS for those orders and you will be sent a shipping number so you can track where your order is.

ADDITIONAL SHIPPING INFORMATION
All orders under £100 will be shipped by Priority Royal Mail. Packages over the value of £100 will be shipped by UPS and DPD. These orders generate a shipping number so you can track your order.
MULTIPLE ADDRESSES
Orders to one address may be delivered in one or more deliveries. If you have specified delivery to more than one address when placing your order please note that there is a separate charge for each destination address. All delivery timescales are indicative only.
GIFT ORDERS
If you would like to send your order as a gift, you should select the gift box option at the delivery options stage of the ordering process. You will then be offered the opportunity to add a gift note with a personal message. If you select the gift box option, those items which are not already gift boxed will be presented in our signature gift boxes.
Once your order has been dispatched we are unable to change a residential delivery address

Customs & Import Duties
Any customs of import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. Customs policies and import duties vary from country to country and DollyLeo have no control over these charges and cannot advise what the cost may be. You should contact your local customs office for current charges before placing your order.
